For this box, we're stitching a pair of cherries surrounded by colorful florals onto mustard fabric! You'll get to learn all sorts of techniques for this project, including satin stitch, French knots, several ways to follow a curve, detached chain stitch, woven wheel roses, and more!
 
The May 2021 box includes the following supplies: blue heart-shaped embroidery scissors (retail value $17), two embroidery needles ($2), my favorite metal needle threader ($2.49), a cut of mustard linen fabric ($5.50), four inch bamboo embroidery hoop ($2), five full skeins of Sublime Stitching cotton embroidery floss ($6.43), a blue water-erasable fabric pen for transferring your design ($2.50), your pattern pre-printed onto cardstock, and of course the digital pattern and step-by-step video tutorial ($20). This brings the total value of this month’s box to $57.92! All prices are in USD, and only include shipping if it's an item that can ONLY be bought online, such as Sublime Stitching floss.
